1. General Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tcpcorps.com and include the event name, date, and reason for the request.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
2. Refund Eligibility

Early Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made up to 2 Weeks before the event date. A processing fee of 40% may apply.

Late Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations made within 14 Days of the event are not eligible. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual upon request subject to terms and conditions.

Event Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders may choose to transfer their registration to the new date or request a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No-shows on the event day.

Cancellations due to personal reasons within 14 Days of the event date.

Refunds for promotional or discounted tickets unless stated otherwise.
4. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), TCP Corporate Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited within 5 Working Days from the date of approval. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
